Product Introduction
This continuous bright annealing furnace is used for the inline annealing of metal strip, wire, tube and small precision components. The furnace uses a straight-through configuration, enabling continuous feeding, heating, atmosphere protection and discharging without frequent shutdowns during production runs.
All thermal processing is completed inside a fully sealed chamber under controlled protective gas conditions. Surface quality after annealing is governed by gas composition, dew point stability, chamber tightness, material grade and operating line speed. Core operating parameters, including running speed, processing temperature and atmosphere settings, can be tailored to match diverse metal materials and production conditions.
Working Principle
Workpieces are transported steadily through the sealed furnace via a dedicated conveying system. Before heating starts, the chamber is purged with protective gas to displace residual air and sustain a low-oxygen internal environment. Materials pass sequentially through preheating, constant-temperature annealing and controlled cooling zones at a steady conveying speed.
Multi-zone segmented temperature control achieves graded heating, facilitating uniform microstructure recrystallization and effective stress relief. Workpieces cool gradually under protective atmosphere before exiting the continuous bright annealing furnace. The inline continuous operation mode is suitable for long-term production of standardized metal parts.
