Product Introduction
The Bell Type Bright Annealing Furnace is a controlled-atmosphere heat treatment unit built for batch bright annealing of metal coils, strips, wires and sheets. The bell-type structure consists of a removable heating cover, protective inner cover and fixed furnace base. Workpieces are heated and cooled under a controlled atmosphere throughout the process.
During annealing, the protective atmosphere is controlled to limit oxidation, discoloration and surface contamination, helping maintain the required surface condition. Depending on the material and process conditions, subsequent pickling requirements can be reduced or eliminated.
The Bell Type Bright Annealing Furnace can be customized in terms of furnace diameter, effective heating height, heating power, atmosphere circulation, cooling configuration, batch capacity and control system to match different material grades, coil dimensions and production specifications.
Main Components
