Product Introduction

This spheroidizing annealing furnace is designed for softening heat treatment of high-carbon steel, alloy tool steel, bearing steel and mold steel. It provides controlled heating, long-term soaking and programmed slow cooling tailored specifically for spheroidizing processes. The process promotes the conversion of lamellar pearlite into a more uniform spheroidized carbide structure.

This treatment lowers material hardness, improves overall machinability and helps relieve residual stress generated during prior machining and forming. Consistent temperature distribution and controlled process cycles help produce uniform hardness and a suitable soft condition for subsequent stamping, turning and cold working. Chamber dimensions, heating output and cooling profiles can all be adjusted to match different steel grades and batch production requirements.

Features

The Spheroidizing Annealing Furnace is a combination of a bell-type annealing furnace and a pit-type annealing furnace. It combines the excellent atmosphere convection circulation system of a bell-type furnace with the simple operation of a pit-type furnace, and offers unparalleled cost-effectiveness compared to bell-type furnaces. Its features are as follows:

1. The inner tank is made of imported SUS309S heat-resistant stainless steel, ensuring a long service life.

2. The furnace lid features a streamlined dome design at the top, minimizing air resistance.

3. The flow guide is made of heat-resistant stainless steel, providing stronger load-bearing capacity and a longer service life; the flow guide can be disassembled independently for easier maintenance.

4. The convection motor uses a sealed motor specifically designed for bell-type furnaces, offering excellent sealing and simple maintenance; the convection fan blades are made of SUS310S heat-resistant stainless steel, ensuring a long service life. 5. Unique strong convection atmosphere circulation design (the guide seat, inner barrel, convection barrel, and furnace cover form a highly efficient internal convection circulation system).

6. Excellent temperature uniformity within the furnace (temperature difference within ±5℃ after 60 minutes of constant temperature), resulting in good uniformity of wire hardness after spheroidizing annealing.

7. Uses nitrogen and methanol decomposition gas as protective atmosphere, resulting in no oxide scale on the wire after annealing.

8. The use of a powerful cooling fan accelerates the cooling process at the end, effectively improving production efficiency.

9. Computer monitoring system allows for recording historical temperature curves; writing, storing, and recalling process recipes; real-time monitoring of the working surface; access to historical process data at any time; and direct computer control of operations.

10. When used with an infrared gas analyzer, it automatically controls the carbon potential of the furnace atmosphere. 11. The main electrical components of the automatic control system are all imported products, such as: PLC programmable controller (Japan), microcomputer temperature controller (Japan), SCR thyristor, relay, contactor, fuseless switch (Taiwan).
