Product Introduction

The Tilting Melting Furnace is an industrial unit for batch melting and temperature holding of non-ferrous metals. It supports gas-fired, diesel-fired and electric heating configurations to match different on-site energy supplies. Unlike fixed-type furnaces, this tilting design enables direct molten metal pouring from the furnace body, reducing the need for manual ladling during pouring.

After melting, the furnace can be tilted for molten metal discharge and, when required, slag removal. Thermocouples monitor furnace temperature, while the PID controller regulates heating output during melting and holding. The furnace is suitable for processing aluminum, copper, zinc, lead and their alloys.

Furnace capacity, heating power and tilting angle can be specified according to the required batch size and available installation space.

Main Components

Furnace Body: The furnace body is fabricated from welded steel plates and lined with refractory material designed for repeated heating and cooling cycles. The lining provides resistance to thermal erosion during continuous melting operations.

Hydraulic Tilting System: Hydraulic cylinders provide controlled furnace tilting for pouring and return the furnace to its operating position after discharge.

Heating Assembly: The heating system can be supplied as gas-fired, diesel-fired or electric, depending on the available energy source at the installation site.
