Product Introduction
The Box Type Gas Fired Furnace is a batch heating furnace fueled by natural gas or LPG. It is designed for thermal processing of medium-sized metal workpieces, supporting annealing, normalizing, tempering and stress relief treatments.
Gas heating is suitable for workshops where the furnace operates regularly for long heating cycles or large batch loads. The compact box structure requires relatively little floor space, making it suitable for small processing workshops and component manufacturing lines.
Working Principle
The high-temperature blower mixes the combustion products with the furnace gas through a baffle plate at the top of the inner shroud. The mixture is then vertically sprayed onto the workpiece inside the furnace. The gas is then diverted through a gap at the furnace bottom into the air channel between the inner and outer shrouds, returning to the inlet of the circulating blower for recirculation. A precise temperature control system, composed of the combustion device and intelligent temperature controller, ensures accurate control of the set temperature inside the furnace.
Main Components
The outer wall of the Box Type Gas Fired Furnace is made of carbon steel plate or color steel plate, which is then welded after being pressed. It consists of main components such as a top-mounted hot air circulation fan, burner, full fiber furnace lining, stainless steel inner liner, and intelligent temperature control instrument.
