The Large Trolley Type Resistance Furnace is a national standard energy-saving periodic operation electric furnace, which adopts a microcomputer automatic temperature control cabinet with 8-segment program heat treatment process curve for high-precision temperature control.
Working Principle
This Large Trolley Type Resistance Furnace relies on electric heating and programmable temperature control to achieve accurate and repeatable heat treatment results. In actual operation, heavy workpieces are placed flat on the high-temperature resistant base plate of the bogie. The electric bogie automatically slides steadily into the furnace chamber, and the furnace door is fully closed and locked to form a sealed heating space.
Internal heating elements generate even and stable heat, while the control system executes pre-set multi-stage processes including temperature rise, constant-temperature holding and gradual cooling. After the entire heat treatment procedure is completed and the chamber temperature drops to a safe range, the bogie exits the furnace. Operators can then unload the processed workpieces, finishing one complete heat treatment cycle.

Compared with traditional brick-built furnaces, the full-fiber lining structure greatly reduces heat accumulation and thermal loss.
