This All-Fiber Trolley Furnace is a batch electric heat treatment device for medium and heavy metal workpieces. It abandons traditional brick-lined structures and adopts full aluminum silicate fiber lining. The material features low heat storage and fast temperature response. Equipment Structure

Working Process

First, place workpieces stably on the bogie's cast steel base plate. The electric bogie automatically transports materials into the furnace chamber. After feeding, the furnace door closes tightly to form a sealed heating space.

The zoned heating elements start to work according to preset temperature curves. The system completes automatic heating, constant-temperature holding and staged cooling. It ensures uniform heating and stable heat treatment quality for workpieces.

After the processing cycle ends, the All-Fiber Trolley Furnace temperature drops to a safe range. The bogie travels out of the chamber, and workers unload finished workpieces to complete one batch operation.
