Main Components

This series of Medium Temperature Trolley Furnaces consists of two parts: the furnace body and the electrical control system. The furnace body mainly includes the furnace shell, furnace lining, heating elements, furnace door, and bogie. The furnace shell is welded from steel plates and structural steel. The furnace lining is a composite lining composed of energy-saving ultra-lightweight refractory bricks, aluminosilicate fiber, and high-quality insulation materials. The heating elements are made of high-alloy resistance wire (or strip) wound into a spiral shape and placed on the furnace lining and bogie support bricks. The bogie can move back and forth for easy loading and unloading. A novel automatic seal is used between the bogie and the furnace shell, improving sealing performance. The lifting of the furnace door and the movement of the bogie are both driven by an electric reduction mechanism. The furnace bottom plate is made of heat-resistant cast steel, and a bogie tilting unloading mechanism is optional. The electrical control system mainly includes temperature control and operation functions. Temperature control is achieved through intelligent microcomputer program control, and a recorder is also provided to record the complete process curve and provide an over-temperature alarm. Operation is achieved through buttons and light displays, which control the movement of the trolley, the on/off state of the heating elements, and the raising and lowering of the furnace door. An interlocking device is also provided, which allows the trolley to move when the furnace door is raised or closed to a certain position, ensuring safety and reliability.
