Product Introduction

The Tilting Trolley Furnace is a batch-type electric heat treatment furnace optimized for large, heavy-duty metal workpieces. It performs standard thermal processes including annealing, normalizing, tempering and stress relief treatment for castings, forgings, steel structural parts, industrial molds and engineering machinery components. Different from ordinary fixed bogie furnaces, this model integrates travelling and tilting functions. The electric movable bogie realizes flexible material handling, and the unique tilting structure greatly simplifies the unloading operation of oversized and heavy workpieces after heat treatment, solving the unloading difficulties that plague traditional furnace equipment.

Main Components

The Tilting Trolley Furnace adopts a robust integrated structure, mainly composed of welded steel furnace shell, high-efficiency thermal insulation lining, alloy heating elements, electric travelling tilting bogie, electric lifting furnace door and professional temperature control system.

The overall structure is sturdy and durable, suitable for long-term high-intensity industrial operation.

The furnace adopts full-fiber thermal insulation lining, which effectively reduces internal heat storage and heat loss compared with traditional refractory brick structures. High-quality alloy resistance heating elements are arranged in zoning mode inside the chamber to support multi-stage balanced heating. The heavy-load electric bogie supports customized load specifications to adapt to different workpiece weights. The furnace door is equipped with an electric lifting device and sand-sealed heat insulation structure, which effectively suppresses heat leakage and guarantees stable temperature in the furnace.

The supporting control cabinet adopts thyristor power regulation and programmable temperature control technology, with accurate parameter adjustment. It is equipped with complete safety configurations including over-temperature protection, thermocouple failure alarm and furnace door interlock device, fully ensuring safe and stable operation of the equipment.

Features

The entire process, from furnace door opening to the trolley moving out to the pool edge, trolley tilting, and all workpieces being poured into the quenching pool, takes approximately one minute. The rapid immersion of workpieces in the quenching medium improves the quality of the heat treatment process.

The electric furnace heating temperature is controlled by a PID zero-crossing triggered silicon controlled rectifier and a high-precision intelligent temperature meter, ensuring high temperature control accuracy with a temperature fluctuation of approximately ±1℃. A circular graph automatic recorder records the temperature and provides over-temperature alarms, providing dual control to ensure the workpiece does not overheat. The temperature can be set according to the process.

The trolley tilting uses an electro-hydraulic device, ensuring smooth tilting without shaking, with a tilt angle greater than 35°.

Trolley tilting, trolley entry and exit, and furnace door lifting are all electrically controlled and equipped with interlocking protection devices to prevent malfunctions and accidents caused by misoperation.

Application

This Tilting Trolley Furnace is widely applied in heavy machinery manufacturing, wind power equipment processing, pressure vessel production, steel structure processing, mold manufacturing and engineering equipment industries. It is specially suitable for thermal processing of large and super-heavy metal components that cannot be easily handled by conventional box furnaces.

In actual workshop layout, the equipment requires a certain floor space to meet bogie travelling and tilting movement. In addition, the internal heating elements need regular daily inspection and targeted replacement after long-term high-temperature operation to maintain stable and long-term service performance.
