Product Introduction
This Medium Temperature Trolley Furnace is dedicated to medium and large metal workpiece heat treatment. Different from small chamber furnaces, it adopts a track-type movable bogie as the loading platform. Workers can use cranes and forklifts to directly load heavy and oversized workpieces, which saves workshop handling time. Built with thick steel structure and high-grade refractory lining, the equipment delivers stable medium-temperature operation. It supports core processes including annealing, normalizing, tempering and stress relief, covering most conventional heat treatment needs for heavy metal parts.
Equipment Structure
The whole furnace features a heavy-duty integrated structure with strong deformation resistance. The thick steel welded furnace body matches high-temperature refractory lining, which insulates heat effectively and reduces internal temperature loss. The track-based movable bogie has excellent load-bearing performance, stably carrying and transporting heavy workpieces in and out of the Medium Temperature Trolley Furnace.
High-temperature alloy heating elements are evenly arranged inside the chamber to form a balanced heat field. The furnace door adopts sealed lifting or hinged design. It fits closely with the furnace body to avoid heat leakage and temperature fluctuation. The complete system includes precision thermocouples, intelligent electrical control cabinet and bogie electric drive unit, realizing coordinated and stable operation of heating, temperature measurement and material transportation.
Working Process
01.
Place metal workpieces stably on the surface of the empty bogie. Use handling equipment to finish loading outside the furnace. The electric drive system pushes the fully loaded bogie into the furnace chamber steadily. Close and seal the furnace door to form a closed heating space.
02.
The wall-mounted heating elements start to generate heat. Heat spreads evenly through radiation and convection to fully cover the workpieces. The control system monitors real-time temperature via thermocouples. It automatically adjusts heating power according to preset temperature curves to complete heating and constant-temperature holding.
03.
When the preset heat preservation cycle is finished, the system stops heating. The bogie travels out of the furnace along the track. Operators can cool the workpieces naturally or unload them directly to complete the whole heat treatment process.
