Product Introduction
The Gas Bell Type Furnace consists of two main parts: a gas generator and a bell-type annealing furnace. The bell-type furnace comprises a fixed furnace platform, a movable outer hood, an inner hood, a cooling hood, and a control cabinet. The fixed furnace platform facilitates loading. The inner hood is circulated with protective gas and a powerful circulating fan, which can meet the bright annealing process requirements of steel strips and other types of products. The outer hood is lined with refractory fiber, reducing its weight and energy consumption.
Working Principle
Workpieces are placed and fixed on the furnace base. The heating bell covers the base to form a closed processing chamber. Air is removed from the chamber and replaced with the required protective gas to isolate external air.
Gas burners provide the required heat inside the heating bell, while the circulation system distributes heat around the workpieces. The circulating gas helps maintain uniform temperature throughout the chamber during heating and soaking. After heating and soaking, the heating bell can be lifted and moved to another furnace base while the treated workpieces continue cooling under the required atmosphere. This arrangement allows one furnace base to cool while another base is being heated, improving equipment utilization.
