Product Introduction
The HT series high temperature box furnace is an ultra-high temperature electric furnace using advanced materials and processes. It can reach a maximum temperature of 1800 degrees Celsius, with furnace volumes ranging from 4 liters to 52 liters. It can achieve high-temperature sintering under controlled atmosphere or high-temperature sintering under vacuum/controlled atmosphere. Heating elements and insulating lining materials can be specially designed and manufactured according to the user's specific experimental requirements.
Working Principle
Place workpieces inside the furnace chamber with reserved gaps between each piece. Spacing ensures unobstructed heat circulation across the entire working zone. Seal the furnace door after loading, then select and launch the matched heating program on the control panel.
Power input activates the chamber wall heating elements. Electric energy converts into heat energy. Thermal radiation acts as the primary heat transfer method, while internal natural convection assists full chamber heat coverage.
The built-in thermocouple captures real-time chamber temperature and transmits data to the PID controller. The controller compares sampled temperature with preset values and adjusts heating output dynamically. Complete heating cycles include temperature rise, constant holding and staged cooling. Operators set heating rate, peak temperature and holding duration according to workpiece material characteristics. Parameter consistency ensures repeatable thermal cycles for every production batch.
