Product Introduction
The Medium Temperature Box Type Furnace is a national standard energy-saving periodic operation electric furnace. It adopts a three-zone uniform temperature wire distribution system, a microcomputer 8-segment automatic temperature control, and a high-precision temperature control heat treatment furnace that automatically executes the heat treatment process curve. It is mainly used for heat treatment of alloy steel products and various metal parts, including normalizing, quenching, and annealing.
Working Principle
This low temperature box type furnace relies on electric heating and closed-loop temperature control. Operators place workpieces evenly inside the furnace chamber. The furnace door is fully closed and sealed to form a closed heating space. Built-in electric heating elements generate continuous and stable heat output.
The intelligent temperature control system adjusts heating power in real time. It keeps a steady low-temperature environment inside the chamber. The equipment runs according to preset heating, heat preservation and natural cooling procedures. After the whole process finishes and the internal temperature drops to a safe range, operators open the furnace door and take out processed workpieces.
