Product Introduction
This Industrial Aluminum Melting Furnace is designed for batch melting and temperature holding of pure aluminum and aluminum alloys. It supports natural gas, LPG, diesel and electric heating options to match different on-site energy sources and production layouts. The equipment processes aluminum ingots, scrap aluminum and recycled aluminum for casting and other downstream applications.
Furnace capacity, heating configuration and internal structure can be specified according to actual production requirements and workshop conditions.
Working Principle
Solid aluminum materials are loaded into the refractory-lined furnace chamber. The heating system provides continuous thermal energy to raise the furnace temperature to the required melting temperature. Heat from the heating system is transferred to the furnace chamber and gradually melts the aluminum charge. The Industrial Aluminum Melting Furnace then maintains the required temperature during the holding stage.
Fuel-fired models can be equipped with waste heat recovery to reuse part of the exhaust heat during operation. Electric models provide heating without combustion gases. The PID controller adjusts heating output to stabilize furnace temperature throughout melting and holding processes. After slag cleaning, the molten aluminum is ready for pouring and subsequent production steps.
