Product Introduction

The Large Trolley Type Tempering Furnace is designed for tempering large and heavy metal workpieces after quenching or hardening. A movable trolley allows oversized and heavy components to be loaded and positioned outside the furnace before being moved into the heating chamber.

The furnace is suitable for batch processing and can be equipped with temperature recording, customized loading layouts and other control functions according to the production process.

Working Principle

Workpieces are placed and positioned on the heavy-duty trolley at the loading station. After the trolley moves into the furnace and the door is closed, the heating elements start according to the programmed heating curve.

The heating elements transfer heat to the workpieces through radiation and convection. Temperature sensors placed at different positions monitor the chamber temperature during heating and holding. The control system uses these readings to adjust heating output according to the selected tempering process.

After the holding stage, the workpieces can be cooled inside the furnace or transferred out for controlled cooling, depending on the specified process.
