Product Introduction
The Gas Trolley Furnace is a national standard energy-saving periodic operation furnace with an ultra-energy-saving structure, achieving an energy saving effect of 65%. The bogie is made of impact-resistant sealing bricks, and the furnace door uses a spring-loaded clamping mechanism to automatically seal the bogie and furnace door. It is integrated with rails and requires no foundation installation; it can be used simply by placing it on a level surface.Furnace dimensions, trolley capacity, fuel system and control configuration can be customized according to workpiece specifications and production requirements. The furnace can be equipped with automatic temperature control, burner management, trolley drive and full safety interlock systems to match different batch processing needs.
Working Principle
Operators place workpieces on the movable trolley outside the furnace chamber. After loading is complete, the electric drive system pushes the trolley fully into the Gas Trolley Furnace, and the furnace door is closed before heating begins.
Fuel gas and combustion air are supplied to the burners, where they are mixed and ignited. The burners generate high-temperature flue gas that circulates inside the chamber and transfers heat evenly to the workpieces. Thermocouples continuously monitor internal temperature and feed real-time data back to the control system.
The control system adjusts burner output to follow the preset heating curve, maintaining stable temperature during heating and soaking stages. Once the thermal process finishes, the trolley can be driven out of the furnace for workpiece unloading or targeted cooling treatment.
