This cleaning annealing furnace is a batch electric heating equipment dedicated to integrated metal surface treatment and annealing processing. It combines high-temperature cleaning and stress relief annealing in one unit, targeting metal parts with surface oil contamination, oxide layers and residual processing stress after stamping, machining and forming. The equipment adopts fully sealed body structure and high-temperature fiber insulation. It conducts cleaning and annealing in a single heating cycle, suitable for precision metal part processing and stable batch production.
Structural Configuration
The whole machine adopts standard industrial assembly structure. The furnace body is formed by thick steel plate welding, with fully sealed furnace door to isolate external air and avoid secondary contamination. The inner cavity uses high-temperature and corrosion-resistant insulation lining, adapting to gases released during the cleaning process. Alloy heating elements are arranged evenly around the cavity to realize even heating. Supporting configurations include multi-point thermocouples, PID program control cabinet and independent electrical control system. Operation Workflow
Operators place sorted workpieces into the furnace cavity and close the sealed furnace door. According to workpiece material and surface dirt condition, corresponding process parameters are set to start the equipment. In the high-temperature cleaning stage, internal heat decomposes and volatilizes residual oil stains and surface oxides on workpieces. After cleaning, the equipment enters constant-temperature annealing stage. Uniform heat penetration acts on workpiece interior to eliminate residual stress. After heating and holding, workpieces cool down following fixed procedures, finishing integrated cleaning and annealing processing.
