 Mobile Furnace Body: Composed of Furnace Lining and Heating Elements:

A. The mobile furnace body is constructed from welded steel plates and structural steel, using materials such as channel steel, angle steel, and steel plates.

B. The furnace lining is made of pressed fiber cotton modules, fixed to the furnace shell support with stainless steel elements.

C. The heating elements are corrugated resistance wires suspended and fixed to the side and rear wall linings using high-alumina ceramic nails.

Fixed Furnace Platform: Composed of Intermediate Furnace Lining, Bottom Furnace Lining, Heating Elements, and Stainless Steel Inner Liner:

A. The fixed furnace platform uses channel steel as the frame, with steel plates welded into the surrounding panels.

B. The intermediate furnace lining uses aluminum silicate fiber, fixed between the two furnace chambers with stainless steel elements, effectively reducing the disadvantages of thermal expansion and contraction of brick-type furnace linings and ensuring service life. The bottom furnace lining is constructed from insulating bricks, lightweight clay bricks, and heavy clay bricks.

C. The heating elements are spiral resistance wires placed in the grooves of the furnace lining and fixed with wire-supporting bricks.

D. The double chamber vacuum box furnace liner is made of stainless steel plate pressed into a corrugated shape to ensure strength and lifespan, preventing its lifespan from being affected by rapid thermal expansion and contraction.

Furnace Body Moving Device: The furnace body moving device uses a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, which drives the cast steel wheels through a chain, sprocket, drive shaft, and bearings to achieve the desired transmission effect. Limit devices restrict the furnace body position for precise control.
