Product Introduction

The Trolley Type Hot Air Circulation Drying Furnace is designed for batch low-temperature processing of large and heavy workpieces. It is built specifically for workpieces that cannot be moved easily by manual operation. This furnace is equipped with a motor-driven trolley to facilitate loading and unloading of heavy workpieces.

The furnace adopts hot air convection circulation heating. It is used for drying, curing and preheating workpieces of various types. This equipment is commonly used in casting workshops, coating production lines and new material processing plants. It provides uniform heating for workpieces of different shapes and sizes.

Main Components

The Trolley Type Hot Air Circulation Drying Furnace is mainly used for uniform temperature drying of various processed parts. The structure consists of the furnace body, trolley, heating device, and control system.

The furnace body's outer frame is welded from structural steel, with both inner and outer walls made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates, resulting in a low coefficient of thermal deformation. The inner lining uses aluminosilicate refractory fiber needle-punched cotton as insulation material, reducing furnace wall temperature rise.

The trolley is welded from structural steel and equipped with wheels at the bottom for flexible movement. The entire trolley can be pushed into the furnace body.

The heating elements are strip-shaped electric heating elements, arranged on both sides of the furnace chamber, made of 0Cr25AL5 alloy, offering a long service life.

The temperature control system employs a PID zero-crossing triggered SCR and intelligent temperature control. Additionally, a multi-point automatic recorder from Shanghai Dahua Instrument Factory is used for temperature recording and over-temperature alarm dual control to ensure the workpiece does not exceed its temperature limit.

The mechanical transmission components of the electric furnace are interlocked. This means that the power to the ventilation fan and heating elements is automatically cut off when the furnace door is opened. Power to the ventilation fan and heating elements can only be restored after the furnace door is fully closed, preventing malfunctions and accidents due to misoperation.
