Product Introduction
As a professional furnace manufacturer, our heat treatment production line is a continuous automatic thermal processing system assembled with multiple functional units. Working Principle
Workpieces are placed on the conveying mechanism at the feeding station. Controlled by the central PLC system, workpieces move sequentially through heating zone, soaking zone, quenching station and tempering zone at set speed. Each zone maintains independent temperature settings to finish heating, heat preservation, rapid cooling and tempering in turn. Thermocouples collect real time temperature data and feed back to the control unit to adjust heating power and running speed. Finished parts are discharged at the output end, realizing continuous cyclic heat treatment operations.
Main Components
The heat treatment production line consists of a feeding device, a quenching furnace, a quenching tank, a cleaning machine, a tempering furnace, and an electrical control system.The production line uses electromagnetic feeding and automatic weighing mechanisms for its feeding system. The quenching furnace inlet is equipped with an automatic feeding device, and the outlet with an automatic material turning device. The quenching tank is equipped with a gantry elevator. The cleaning machine uses alkaline spraying. The tempering furnace is equipped with a fan, and both the quenching and tempering furnaces are equipped with material tray return devices. The electrical control system is a microcomputer control system.
