Our energy-saving box type resistance furnace is an electric heating furnace developed for precise thermal processing with lower energy consumption. It features a standardized box-shaped furnace chamber with an insulated furnace chamber, electric resistance heating elements and automatic PID temperature control. The equipment is versatile for heating and heat treatment of metal parts, ceramic materials, industrial powders and refractory products, covering a wide range of industrial and experimental scenarios.

Working Principle
After workpieces are stably placed inside the furnace chamber and the furnace door is tightly closed, operators can launch the pre-set heating program. The built-in resistance heating elements convert electric energy into thermal energy, and evenly transfer heat to the workpieces through thermal radiation and hot air convection inside the sealed chamber.
The entire energy-saving box type resistance furnace body is lined with thermal insulation materials, which helps retain heat inside the chamber and reduce heat loss through the furnace walls and door. Multiple thermocouple sensors monitor real-time temperature changes in the chamber and transmit accurate data to the PID temperature controller. The controller adjusts heating output according to the measured temperature, helping reduce unnecessary power consumption during heating and holding.
Main Components
The furnace shell of the energy-saving box type resistance furnace is welded from high-quality structural steel and steel plates. The furnace lining uses high-strength, lightweight, 0.6g/cm³ energy-saving refractory bricks and high-temperature resistant aluminosilicate fiber felt. The heating elements are made of iron-chromium-aluminum high-resistance heating alloy (0cr25Al5), wound into a spiral shape and placed on high-strength refractory brick supports inside the furnace. A protective atmosphere can be added or the furnace door can be changed to an inclined design to enhance sealing, depending on the user's needs. Our factory can also significantly modify existing RX and RX2 type box-type furnaces to the RX3 type. The temperature control system uses a position-type temperature control cabinet or a silicon controlled rectifier (SCR) temperature control cabinet.
