Product Introduction
The Gas Generator Furnace is used for heat treatment under a controlled gas atmosphere. It combines an electric heating chamber with a built-in gas generation and supply system. It is used where heating in normal air may cause oxidation, decarburization or other surface problems.
The process gas is introduced into the furnace through the gas supply and distribution system and maintained at a stable flow rate and pressure. This atmosphere provides the required conditions for heat treatment of steel parts, alloy components, metal workpieces and powders. We adjust furnace specifications according to actual workpiece size, material characteristics, processing temperature, atmosphere requirements and daily production volume. The equipment can be used for independent batch production or integrated into an automated heat treatment line.
Process Principle
Solid fuel is heated in the furnace and, with the help of gasified substances, produces combustible gas-mixed coal gas. After dust removal, the gas is supplied to the nozzle of the thermal furnace for combustion through the gas pipeline, thereby heating the workpiece in the thermal furnace.
Main Components
The furnace adopts a sturdy steel shell and integrated furnace body design. The internal heating chamber is lined with refractory and thermal insulation materials to reduce heat loss and support long-term high-temperature operation. Electric resistance heating elements provide the required heat inside the chamber.
Core supporting configurations include a self-contained gas generator and complete gas supply and distribution system. Gas flow and pressure control devices maintain stable gas delivery. The temperature measurement and control system consists of thermocouples and PID temperature controllers, managed by an independent electrical control cabinet. A dedicated exhaust and safety system is provided for repeated furnace operation.
