Pit Type Gas Nitriding Furnace

The pit type gas nitriding furnace is an energy-saving type, employing an energy-saving furnace lining, double water-cooled furnace tank cover, vacuum rubber sealing, and upper/lower zone temperature control or multi-zone temperature control. This significantly improves the furnace's insulation, temperature uniformity, sealing, and nitriding rate. The furnace design conforms to international standards. The outer shell of this series of pit-type gas nitriding furnaces is welded from steel plates and shaped steel. The furnace lining is constructed of ultra-lightweight, high-strength 0.6g/cm³ energy-saving refractory bricks, with an outer layer of aluminum silicate fiber sandwiched and then filled with expanded vermiculite powder for insulation. The heating element consists of high-temperature resistance wire wound into a spiral shape and installed on the furnace lining's support bricks. A stainless steel furnace tank is installed in the furnace chamber. A double-headed stainless steel dripper is installed on the furnace cover for methanol dripping, ensuring uniform temperature and atmosphere within the furnace. The furnace cover is equipped with a sampling pipe and an exhaust pipe. An input pipe on the upper side wall of the furnace tank allows for ammonia input. The furnace tank and furnace cover are sealed with a water-cooled vacuum rubber seal and secured with clamping bolts. The exhaust gas inside the furnace is discharged outside the furnace through the exhaust pipe.
