Product Introduction
The pit type tempering resistance furnace is a periodic heat treatment equipment with a hot air circulation system. It has a maximum operating temperature of 650℃ and is mainly used for high-temperature tempering and annealing of various metal materials. It is the ideal equipment for processing small shaft parts. When used in conjunction with a control system, the heating temperature of the equipment can be automatically controlled.
Working Principle
Workpieces are vertically suspended and fixed with dedicated fixtures inside the deep furnace chamber to reduce bending risks during heating. After the furnace cover is tightly sealed, internal resistance heating elements operate according to preset tempering temperature curves. The system maintains constant-temperature holding to balance internal and external temperature of workpieces, facilitating uniform microstructure adjustment and stress release. When the holding cycle finishes, workpieces cool down following controlled cooling procedures. Processing parameters are selected based on workpiece material, size and post-quenching state to keep consistent thermal treatment conditions for each production batch.
Main Components
The pit type tempering resistance furnace adopts reinforced welded steel body to adapt long-term cyclic heating operation. The inner chamber is paved with high-density fiber insulation lining to reduce heat dissipation. Evenly arranged resistance heating elements provide steady heat output across the whole working area. The compression-sealed furnace cover guarantees chamber tightness during operation.
It is equipped with PID programmable control cabinet and high-precision thermocouples for real-time temperature monitoring and power adjustment. Independent electrical control system simplifies on-site operation. Matching safety configurations including over-temperature protection, power-off protection and fault alarms support stable long-term equipment operation.
