Product Introduction
This Austempering Furnace is configured for austempering and isothermal heat treatment, processing alloy steel, tool steel and ductile iron workpieces commonly used in mechanical manufacturing. It adapts to parts that need balanced mechanical properties and stable dimensional performance after thermal processing. The equipment runs staged heating, constant temperature holding and fixed-temperature isothermal treatment, with all process parameters adjustable to match material types, workpiece section sizes and actual metallurgical processing standards. The furnace adopts welded steel structure and temperature-matched refractory insulation lining. On-site configurations including chamber size, heating power, control logic and loading mode can be adjusted according to customer workpiece conditions and production scale.
Features
The Austempering Furnace supports segmented parameter setting for austempering processes, adapting to different steel and ductile iron workpieces. Optimized insulation structure reduces heat loss during long-cycle heating. The control system enables repeated calling of mature process parameters for batch production. Customizable loading fixtures and transfer schemes fit various workpiece shapes and batch loads.
