Product Introduction
The high temperature quenching furnace is a new type of multi-purpose heat treatment equipment developed and designed based on the absorption and digestion of advanced technologies imported from Switzerland. It can simultaneously meet the heat treatment requirements of carbon steel and stainless steel. It adopts the TCW-32A intelligent temperature controller with high temperature control accuracy (±1℃), and the entire line implements PID contactless automatic control, and is equipped with an over-temperature monitoring alarm system. It is a typical integrated motor product.
Working Principle
Operators space workpieces evenly on loading racks and seal the High Temperature Quenching Furnace door before startup. The system runs pre-set heating curves, with thermocouples feeding real-time chamber temperature data to the PID cabinet. The controller dynamically adjusts heating power to sustain stable process temperature throughout holding stages. Once the timed holding cycle finishes, workpieces are moved to matched quenching medium for rapid cooling. Reasonable temperature parameters and cooling conditions modify steel metallurgical structures, meeting standard hardness requirements for different steel grades and workpiece shapes.
Main Components
The high temperature quenching furnace can be divided into a feeding workbench, a heating furnace body, a cooling discharge platform, a mesh belt drive mechanism, a heating system, an electrical control system, and a protective atmosphere system.

Targeted heating layout balances temperature distribution inside the chamber, while multi-layer insulation cuts unnecessary heat loss during long working cycles. Application
High emperature quenching furnaces can continuously quench, anneal, and normalize. They are mainly suitable for continuous bright quenching and annealing of stainless steel products such as stainless steel deep-drawn parts, sinks, tableware, bearings, watch cases and straps, cutting tools, and miniature shafts under a protective atmosphere.
