The furnace shell is fabricated from welded Q235 steel plate, providing the structural framework and a sealed enclosure.

The movable furnace car features a hearth deck lined with heat-resistant steel plates (e.g., RTCr5) to support the workpiece and withstand high-temperature loads.

Heating elements-typically 0Cr27Al7Mo2 resistance strips or molybdenum disilicide (MoSi2) rods-are arranged on the furnace walls and roof to ensure uniform multi-zone heating.

The furnace lining insulation consists of a composite of aluminum silicate fiber modules and lightweight insulating bricks, effectively minimizing heat loss.

The drive and transmission system comprises a gear motor and chain drive (or hydraulic mechanism) to facilitate the movement of the furnace car into and out of the furnace.

The PLC control system integrates temperature sensors (K-type thermocouples), pressure transmitters, and a human-machine interface (HMI) to enable programmed temperature control and safety interlocks.

The furnace door sealing mechanism utilizes a labyrinth or spring-loaded compression design to ensure the airtight integrity of the furnace chamber.
