The furnace ensures uniform temperature distribution, allowing workpieces to be heated evenly. The furnace door and charging car are electrically controlled via an operation console; the system includes functions such as automatic ignition, flame detection, flame-out alarms, and automatic gas shut-off.
Safety interlock mechanisms are incorporated, such as interlocks between the charging car and the furnace door, as well as protection against insufficient air or gas pressure. Combustion control and air-fuel ratio regulation are employed to minimize black smoke emissions.
