Based on relevant technical specifications and actual project data, the equipment typically exhibits the following characteristics in operation:

Furnace temperature uniformity is generally maintained within ±8°C, with an operating temperature capability of up to 1200°C.

Energy consumption is generally below 400 kWh/t, offering greater efficiency-particularly when a full-fiber furnace lining is used.

The equipment has a large footprint but offers a flexible layout, making it suitable for processing heavy or large-scale workpieces.

There is no water or gas consumption associated with back-flushing; however, if an atmosphere protection system is installed, the protective gas consumption is approximately 5–15 Nm³/h.

It features a high level of automation, supports multi-stage programmed temperature control, and achieves a temperature control precision of ±1°C.
