The trolley furnace is a national-standard, energy-efficient, batch-type furnace that utilizes composite fiber insulation and automatic sealing technology; it features a highly energy-efficient structure and requires no special foundation for installation.

The equipment consists of a welded steel furnace body, a heat-resistant steel hearth plate, helical heating elements, and a labyrinth-style sealing structure. Capable of operating at temperatures up to 1200°C, it is suitable for the quenching, annealing, and aging treatment of metal components such as high-chromium/high-manganese steel castings, gray iron castings, and ductile iron castings. The furnace lining employs a composite structure of ultra-lightweight vacuum-formed energy-saving bricks and aluminum silicate fiber, complemented by 20-degree upward-inclined element-support bricks (designed to prevent element slippage) and spring-loaded clamping devices to facilitate multi-zone heating control. The unit is equipped with an electric lifting system, electromagnetic brakes, and an intelligent temperature control system that includes automatic data recording and over-temperature protection functions. The trolley frame is fabricated from welded structural steel, the drive mechanism utilizes a self-propelled sprocket system, and the sealing system combines a labyrinth structure with a soft-contact dual-seal arrangement. Major models include all-fiber trolley furnaces and RT3-series resistance furnaces; multi-stage heating curve programming and precise temperature control are achieved through a PLC system.
